Job Summary
General Manager Snap Fitness
Location: South West London
Salary: 30000 base excellent performance-based bonus
Hours: Full-time Immediate start available
Were seeking a bold driven and growth-focused leader to take on the role of General Manager at Snap Fitness. This is your chance to take full ownership of a thriving club driving performance across sales operations marketing and member engagement while leading and inspiring a passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Manage day-to-day club operations compliance and member experience
- Lead local marketing campaigns and grow our social media presence
- Recruit train and develop a high-performing team (FOH instructors cleaners)
- Build and sustain a strong membership base with excellent retention levels
What Were Looking For
- Proven fitness industry experience (essential)
- People management background confident leading and motivating a team
- Strong understanding of sales strategy lead generation & pipeline management
- A hands-on proactive leader with energy and initiative
- Ambitious growth-focused and eager to progress your career
