Job Description – Sales & Marketing Manager (Sugar Industry)

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business introducer and drive the development of the company’s client portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the company’s presence in the Cameroonian market.
Identify new business opportunities partnerships and distribution channels.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and monitor sales performance forecasts and budgeting.
- Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients distributors and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Min a Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing Business or any related field.
- Min 8 to 12 years of experience in a manufacturing company ideally within the sugar FMCG or agri-industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Cameroonian market dynamics.
- English is mandatory (written and spoken).
Preferred Candidate Profile
For this role the client specifically requires:
- An Indian national currently living in Cameroon.
- Someone who has already worked in the sugar industry or a closely related manufacturing sector.
- A candidate with strong field experience and a solid understanding of the local business environment in Cameroon.
