This is a full time position 40 hours per week Second Shift 12pm-10:30pm with rotating holidays. $2.50/hr Shift differential!

About the Role:
As a Client Care Specialist (CCS) at Angell West Waltham youll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and our veterinary team ensuring a seamless compassionate experience from start to finish.
Youll be:
- Greeting and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and managing discharge processes
- Supporting emergency visit coordination with calm and efficiency
- Acting as a key liaison between pet owners and medical staff
- Driving a shuttle to our Boston location.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in high-energy settings
- A passion for helping animals and their people
As this position requires excellent attention to detail as well as verbal and written communication skills we require applicants to include a cover letter with your application showcasing your writing skills.
COMPENSATION:
Starting $20-21hr candidates hired for second shift will receive an additional $2.50/hr shift differential.
Please note that candidates with additional experience or credentials may be eligible for compensation aligned with their qualifications
