Lettings Accounts Manager needed to oversee client accounts process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Strong bookkeeping skills attention to detail and residential lettings account experience are essential.

This role requires an experienced lettings accounts professional with strong bookkeeping abilities and excellent attention to detail.

You will manage daily client accounting tasks support landlords and tenants and ensure all financial processes are completed accurately and on time. The position suits a proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a supportive team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the lettings client account
• Posting receipts from tenants and landlords
• Processing deposit returns and refund requests
• Making payments to landlords and contractors
• Maintaining accurate bookkeeping and financial records
• Managing daily account queries
• Prioritising workload in a busy environment
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners

• Experience in residential property client accounting

• Solid understanding of accounting processes
• Knowledge of lettings procedures and notices (advantageous)
