Job Summary
SUPPORT FOR THE FIELD TEAM
- Provide immediate and accurate information to support decision-making in the field.
- Deliver quick reports and updates upon request during operations.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Act as an intermediary between the field team and management delivering data-driven updates.
- Ensure clarity and promptness in all reports.
- Adopt a can-do attitude focusing on opportunities rather than challenges.
- Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in interactions with the team and the On Premise network.
ON PREMISE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
- Collaborate equally with the national Red Bull brand team (cross-departmental cooperation).
- Translate national research initiatives and insights into actionable focus areas for On Premise.
- Continuously observe market trends and actively seek new business opportunities identifying potential for improvement and adding new marketing activities.
- Collect and share the latest trends and insights on consumers industry and category from external sources.
- Summarize and synthesize data into actionable insights to improve performance.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Manage meeting agendas time management travel bookings and coordination/documentation of meetings and sessions.
- Update and maintain the sales departments On Premise documentation including weekly/monthly sales reports and ad-hoc administrative requests ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Act as the key user and main point of support for applications.
- Administer Red Bull applications and ensure access to documents and data.
- Train On Premise colleagues in using systems.
- Train Musketeers in using DiPos.
- Monitor data from Red Bull systems: BI Dashboard Hub Bull Checker/GET etc.
- Ensure full compliance with procedures related to agreements FOC and DiPos contracts.
REPRESENTING THE COMPANYS IMAGE
- Responsible for promoting the companys image to clients through professional activity attitude and conduct.
- Careful Communication: Exercise special care when communicating information to clients and consumers refraining from sharing any information that could harm the employer that they are not authorized to provide or that they are unsure about. Such situations must be immediately reported to the direct supervisor.
- Respectful Attitude: Always maintain a respectful attitude toward clients take note of all client feedback and communicate it to the direct supervisor. Ensure that language and behavior are appropriate in all interactions with individuals encountered during professional activities while maintaining a polite demeanor and a professional appearance when dealing with clients colleagues and third parties.
Qualifications :
1 years of experience in marketing trade Marketing Insights in a commercial environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act independently.
Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-energy field environment.
Strong planning prioritization and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills (analysing consumer sales and customer data).
Excellent communication negotiation and active listening skills.
Basic knowledge of iOS and MS Office.
English language skills.
Understanding distribution channels buyer profiles and on-trade consumer behaviour.
Solid knowledge of using digital applications and reporting tools.
