Join Our Team as Site HSE Specialist and you will:
Be responsible for coordinating Health Safety and Environment (HSE) inside the site protecting employees contractors visitors stakeholders and promoting HSE topics training. She/he supports HSE Policy and Guidelines enables HSE topics is responsible for maintaining the HSE management systems according to ISO 14001 ISO 45001 etc. and the Garretts HSE Management System (HSEMS). Following the Corporate guidelines she/he ensures the implementation updating review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. Monitors the effective deployment of appropriate Safety System procedures and provides for their updating in line with Legislation and Company Directives changes. The Site HSE Coordinator contributes to integration in the GEM System and working to improve the processes continuously.
What Youll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce health and safety policies in compliance with legislation and company standards
Identify strategic opportunities and focus HSE resources to meet business needs.
Manage the HSE departmental budget ensuring costs are planned reviewed and controlled.
Monitor site activity for data capture and reporting.
Champion countermeasures and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Support business growth initiatives and HSE governance.
Develop and implement educational campaigns for HSE compliance.
Identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
Recommend corrective actions for HSE issues and investigate unsafe conditions.
Support third-party management system certifications (VPP STAR ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001).
Motivate colleagues to comply with safety procedures and equipment.
Participate in accident/incident investigations and safety audits.
Perform risk assessments and prepare HSE documentation for tenders.
Track health and safety metrics to identify and reduce risks
What We Need:
Education: Bachelor degree
Certification: HSE Specialist 80 hours course.
Experience: Minimum 2 years HSE experience.
Skills: Fluent in English
Certified internal auditor (ISO 14001 ISO 45001 & ISO 50001)
Very Good PC skills;
