CP Contract & Commercial Programs Customer Service Specialist for RO&MD

Purpose:

• Distributor Contracts preparation and communication within customers.
• Maintenance of rebate calculations per customer and system/ERP update.
• Create credit and debit notes linked to rebates.
• Support accrual and provision activities.
• Support and handle within the scope of the position any commercial incentive programs.
• Monitor and drive cross-functional alignment on changes related to commercial policy.
• Act as local point of contact for internal and external auditors for contracts and rebates
• Handle sales orders and related communication with customers.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate with customers.
• Back up customer services.
• Prepare reports for cross-functional department (Commercial Finance P&S).
• Drive continues improvement processes and systems.
• Support for other tasks received from direct Line Manager.

Accountabilities:

• Prepare Drafts for contracts and check / approval from legal and local parties involved.
• Communicate and manage the archive of the signed contracts with the customers.
• Ensure and follow up the setups of Commercial Contract Management in ERP based on the commercial policy and in seasonal rebate changes.
• Calculate rebates per customer during the season based on input from commercials and reflect them well into the required documents and systems. Cooperate closely with Pricing Manager and Finance in this matter.
• Liaise with customers and commercials to ensure required sign offs and approvals. 
• Issue credit and debit notes linked to rebates or rebate correction.
• Maintain accruals in ERP with focus on monthly check and new products where applicable. Support Finance in this respect.   
• Lead preparation requested by internal and external audits from Supply incl. customer service as well as coordinating it with auditors and departmental leads within the organization for contracts and rebate.
• Contribute to the sales performance monitoring and prepare requested reports as needed.
• Back up customer services.
• Handle sales orders monitor deliveries and communicate with customers (internal & external).
• Drive continues improvement processes and systems as well lead / coordinate projects related to.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in economics or related fields
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
• Aptitude to work under pressure and deliver promises under tight timelines
• Customer oriented and understanding of the key customer requirements
• Appetence to work with IT tools including ERPs and MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prioritization adaptation to the changing environment to achieve excellence in delivery
• Strong teamwork capabilities
