Join our dynamic team at the Private Credit Center of Expertise of a leading financial institution.
Your mission To provide best-in-class services for General Partners and Asset Managers investing in private assets direct loans and syndicated loans.
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and validating documentation (credit agreements trade docs etc.).
- Overseeing transactions: trade settlements repayments and restructures in line with procedures.
- Preparing reports performing cash and position reconciliations and supporting decision-making.
- Integrating and validating data across systems for reliability.
- Executing controls and checks to mitigate risk.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial sector ideally in Banking Operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Results-driven with attention to detail.

(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
