Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Payroll) Consultant
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office days)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ECP / Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex HR and payroll projects.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Participate in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and rollouts;
- Configure support and maintain SAP Payroll solutions;
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM / SF Payroll solutions;
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end payroll processes;
- Support testing activities including unit integration and user acceptance testing;
- Provide guidance and best practices for payroll and HR process optimization;
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company standards;
- Act as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders demonstrating accountability and ownership.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (preferred);
- 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant;
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP);
- Strong experience in SAP Payroll implementations;
- Consultant profile with a proactive attitude strong soft skills and accountability;
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (advanced level).
Complementary Requirements:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications;
- Background in large-scale or international payroll projects.
