The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will design and manage scalable AWS infrastructure that enhances operational effectiveness and reliability. As a Manager you will oversee the deployment of cloud solutions mentor teams in sound practices and drive the adoption of a DevOps culture while staying ahead of AWS innovations.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 8 to 12 years of experience
- Designing and managing scalable AWS infrastructure
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Automating provisioning with CloudFormation and Terraform
- Monitoring system health with CloudWatch
- Managing IAM roles and access controls
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Supporting containerized workloads with ECS and Docker
- Staying current with AWS innovations
Experience 8- 12 years
- Design deploy and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using best practices for performance and reliability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Automate provisioning and configuration using CloudFormation Terraform and serverless workflows.
- Monitor system health with CloudWatch and implement auto-remediation strategies.
- Manage IAM roles policies and access controls to ensure secure environments.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidents using GuardDuty and Security Hub.
- Support containerized workloads using ECS EKS and Docker.
- Ensure compliance with standards like SOC2 HIPAA and ISO.
- Validate service activation flows for VMs SQL KeyVault and App Services.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation runbooks and automation scripts.
- Collaborate across teams to drive DevOps culture and cloud-native adoption.
- Stay current with AWS innovations and continuously improve operational efficiency.
