Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Strategy

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals.

- Maintain consistent brand positioning visual identity and communication.

- Build strong brand narratives showcasing design craftsmanship and performance.

Product & Content Marketing

- Lead product launches global campaigns and storytelling for collections.

- Oversee creation of catalogues brochures presentations videos and digital assets.

- Collaborate with design product and sales teams to create marketfocused communication.

Digital & Social Media

- Manage social media website content email marketing and online campaigns.

- Develop region-specific content.

- Track campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.

Events & Exhibitions

- Manage marketing for global exhibitions/trade shows.

- Oversee pre-event onground and postevent activities.

- Coordinate with agencies booth designers and partners.

Sales Enablement & B2B Marketing

- Create pitch decks product presentations and case studies.

- Support regional sales teams and distributors.

- Manage comarketing initiatives with chefs hotels and partners.

Market Intelligence

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Identify brand growth opportunities.

- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.

CRM Strategy & Implementation

- Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships.

- Implement CRM workflows for B2B and partner engagement.

- Manage segmentation targeting and communication personalization.

Data Management & Analytics

- Maintain CRM databases.

- Analyze customer data for insights.

- Generate dashboards and reports.

Lead Management & Engagement

- Oversee lead capture nurturing and scoring.

- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion.

- Build automated communication journeys.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with marketing sales and product teams to improve lifecycle experience.

- Support digital campaigns with CRM data insights.

- Ensure accurate follow-ups and pipeline management.

CRM Tools & Optimization

- Manage CRM tools.

- Improve system efficiency and user adoption.

- Train teams on CRM best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong brand management and digital marketing expertise.

- Excellent communication and design sense.

- CRM system experience.

- Ability to manage multiple global projects.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor/Master’s in Marketing Business Communications.

- 6–10 years marketing experience; CRM preferred.

- Hospitality B2B luxury or design industry experience.

- Experience with agencies and global teams.

- Willingness to travel internationally.
