Job Title: Relationship Manager – Working Capital
Location: Chennai
CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA
Product: Working Capital Finance (CC / OD / Trade related limits)

Role Summary
The Relationship Manager – Working Capital will be responsible for sourcing managing and growing Working Capital business for SME and midcorporate clients. The role focuses on acquisition portfolio management and ensuring asset quality while delivering banking solutions aligned to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Source Working Capital business (CC OD shortterm funding) through direct and referral channels
Acquire new SME / business banking relationships and deepen existing ones
Manage endtoend credit lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement
Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and funding needs
Ensure portfolio quality timely renewals and compliance with credit policies
Coordinate with credit operations and trade teams for smooth processing
Crosssell other banking products such as Trade Finance CMS Forex and Term Loans
Monitor market trends competition and local business opportunities
Maintain regular MIS and reporting to senior management
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Working Capital / SME / Business Banking
Strong understanding of CC / OD products and financial analysis
Good local market knowledge of Chennai
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling SME credit proposals
Ability to independently manage client relationships
Good negotiation and problemsolving skills
