Job Duties

Ensure due diligence is followed in actively collecting the Universitys receivables. Ensure that all un-reconciled differences and adjustments are resolved promptly and accurately and in compliance with University and State guidelines and regulations. To provide responsive customer service to students parents faculty staff and others in a timely accurate and professional manner by responding to inquiries related to students accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately and with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of State regulations related to debt collections. The ability to effectively communicate and interact positively with students faculty staff and the general public and provide excellent customer service.
