About the role
We are seeking a capable and confident Team Manager to lead our Bureau and Invoice Validation services supporting clients across a wide range of sectors.
Within our Utility Management Division the Bureau team delivers essential outsourced functions that help clients maintain financial control and achieve ongoing savings.
Reporting to the Head of Bureau this role is responsible for managing a team of Bureau Analysts and overseeing the full process - from invoice validation and payment batches to query resolution enterprise reporting packs and budget development. The Bureau Manager will bring a passion for developing people refining processes and workflows and driving large-scale engagements to ensure our clients receive a professional efficient and high-quality service.

Requirements- Strong attention to detail skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships both digitally and in person

- Passion for social or environmental issues
- Proactive attitude that brings drive energy and passion to the role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player

- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK drivers licence/willingness to travel occasionally to our other offices.
