Primary purpose of role:

The purpose of a CustomerServiceRepresentative/Merchandiser is to attend various sites throughout the UK and carry out various assigned tasks. Within this role Automotive products will be checked handled and installed/removed as required to a satisfactory standard. This is a mobile role and you will be given a company van you will be required to travel throughout the week and stay away from home on a regular basis.

Reporting to:Customer Service Controller

Duties and Responsibilities:

To attend various sites to install/remove a variety of automotive products. Due to this heavy lifting will be required although manual handling training is provided.

To assist with the collection or Warranty items and Old Core when directed to do so.

Ensure all Health and Safety is being adhered to personal protective equipment (PPE) is in full usage and that site rules are followed to a safe standard.

Maintain care servicing and cleanliness of a company vehicle.

Any other activity as determined by the management team.
