Job Title : Java EE Migration Specialist (EJB JPA AI Code Analysis Cloud-Native)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid -Local Candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Deep hands-on experience in Java and Java EE development including EJB JPA and SOAP-based services. Ability to analyze legacy codebases and identify transformation paths for cloud migration.
• Strong proficiency in Java SE 1.8 and Java EE 8 including deployment on enterprise-grade application servers.
• Expertise in object-relational mapping and integrating persistence layers with business logic.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects business analysts and security engineers to align development with business goals.
• Solid understanding of AI code analysis tools for static analysis code understanding and pattern recognition.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices such as automated testing deployment and monitoring.
• Exposure to cloud-native transformation strategies including containerization elastic scaling and loosely coupled interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies sprint planning and backlog refinement in collaboration with product owners and SMEs.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Experience using AI development tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with requirement elicitation and documentation.

• Develop and enhance enterprise-level Java and Java EE applications while ensuring high-quality scalable and secure solutions.
• Analyze existing legacy systems and define clear migration and modernization strategies for cloud transformation.
• Implement and maintain persistence layers business logic and integrations with other enterprise services.
• Work closely with architects product owners business analysts and security teams to align development with organizational objectives.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for code analysis static testing and pattern recognition to optimize development workflows.
• Apply DevSecOps practices to automate testing CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.
• Support cloud-native transformation efforts including containerization and scalable system architecture.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
• Troubleshoot complex issues perform root-cause analysis and propose innovative technical solutions.
