Job Summary
Point Cloud Processing Analyst processes and analyzes 3D scan data (LiDAR) to create clean accurate point clouds for the Map Production department and supports international mapping efforts with duties that include processing and aligning LiDAR scans data entry as well as evaluation and validation of scan data.
GoodMaps is a universal navigation technology company with an emphasis on accessibility. Founded in 2019 and based out of Louisville KY GoodMaps was created by the American Printing House for the Blind to create more inclusive safe and productive indoor spaces. Realizing that the mission of universal accessible navigation was limited by the lack of indoor digital mapping the GoodMaps mission of increasing the number of mapped indoor spaces began.
