This on-site role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a high-volume stakeholder-facing environment and is passionate about closing talent gaps quickly and effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions: source screen interview close and coordinate onboarding.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards LinkedIn Boolean search and employee referrals to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews; assess candidate fit against role requirements and cultural expectations.
  • Operate and maintain accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure timely status updates and compliance with recruitment SLAs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements provide market intelligence and recommend salary/offers to accelerate closures.
  • Own offer management and candidate closure activities including negotiation reference checks and smooth handover to HR/Onboarding teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions in India (agency corporate or RPO environment).
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and managing candidate workflows.
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Structured behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Comfortable working on-site in India and meeting hiring SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with bulk hiring campus recruitment or volume hiring projects.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms or integrations used for onboarding.
  • Prior exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
