Job Summary
- Update our internal databases with candidates information
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post update and remove job ads from job boards careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training reports job roles KPIs/KRAs Meetings Updates)
- Increasing Social Connections in HR Field and creating a database for External Staffing.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram and Twitter.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving the Company stats
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters in related Field
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Experience with MS/WPS Office along with Photoshop/ Canva
- Design Visual pics Posters & Logos and edit videos and photos to post it in social media
- Manages the companys social media accounts and posts content.
- Event creation and handling / assistance
- Skilled in Online engagement Verbal communication trend stalk Client focus
Additional Information :
- Internship Period : 3 Months
- Location : Hyderabad (On-site)
