Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as the outsourced Financial Accountant for clients handling day-to-day operations and bookkeeping.
- Prepare journals management accounts and conduct income statement and balance sheet reviews.
- Oversee budgeting reporting variance analysis payments reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls KYC processes and basic regulatory requirements.
- Communicate confidently with clients external service providers and international teams.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Honours in Accounting.
- 2 years post-qualification experience in finance or accounting; exposure to management accounts and full finance function ownership essential.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting systems; strong independent working ability; excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
- Reliability accountability and maturity; self-starter mindset.
- Experience in outsourced finance or client-facing roles.
- Exposure to Web3 crypto or digital assets.
- Knowledge of Cayman or other international financial governance frameworks.
- Experience handling both fiat and digital asset payments.
