Our client is seeking a SAP Technical Consultant (Senior)

This role is pivotal in providing cuttingedge IT solutions to global operations while ensuring the seamless integration and management of SAP technologies.

Position Details:

Contract Duration: 02 February 2026 31 December 2025

Commencement Date: 02 February 2026

Location: Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation

Role Group: DevOps

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in SAP portal Fiori or Work Zone implementations with at least 2 years focused on SAP Work Zone projects.

Product / Team Context:

The product facilitates comprehensive personnel master data management supporting functionalities for selfservices and HR document processing.

It serves multiple countries with contract design and employee queries enhancing HR core capabilities through additional supportive technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Human Resources or related field
• Proven track record delivering endtoend Work Zone solutions

Essential Skills & Technologies:

• Deep hands-on experience with SAP Work Zone (including configuration site/content management and user access)
• Strong knowledge of SAP Launchpad / SAP Fiori integration with Work Zone
• Experience implementing and customizing Work Zone Spaces Sites Pages Cards and Content Management components
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform / SAP BTP services relevant to Work Zone (e.g. SAP UI5 & Cloud Foundry)
• Proficient with identity and access management for SAP (SAML OAuth SAP IAS/IPS integration)
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript SAPUI5/Fiori elements) and responsive design principles
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills for portal and Work Zone components
• Experience with content lifecycle management versioning and permissions in enterprise portals
• Good knowledge of integration techniques (OData REST APIs GraphQL) and backend connectivity to SAP S/4HANA ECC or SuccessFactors
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for working with business users architects and
• developers

Advantageous Skills:

• Certification in SAP Work Zone SAP Fiori or SAP BTP
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) and SAP Identity Management
• Knowledge of Kyma runtime and extension development on SAP BTP
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for SAP BTP deployments
• Experience with personalization role-based content delivery and adaptive UIs in Work Zone
• Understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices (WCAG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design configuration and implementation of SAP Work Zone spaces pages cards and content structures
• to meet business requirements
• Work closely with enterprise architects to define integration approaches between Work Zone and SAP back-end
• systems (S/4HANA SuccessFactors etc.)
• Configure authentication and authorization flows integrating SAP IAS/IPS or other identity providers ensuring
• secure access control
• Implement personalization and role-based content delivery to provide tailored user experiences
