We are now hiring an Assistant EMEA Statutory Accountant at our offices in Bray (Ireland). The role reports into the EMEA Statutory Accountant and involves assisting the annual compliance requirements of several CommScope entities in Europe Middle East and Africa.

HOW YOULL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:

This role involves assisting with financial statement preparation statutory audits corporate income tax returns and providing backup support to the finance team. You will work closely with internal teams and external providers maintain US GAAP vs. statutory bridge files and contribute to budgeting forecasting and tax audits.

What youll do:

Assist with financial statements statutory audits and corporate tax returns
Prepare and maintain bridge files between US GAAP and statutory ledgers
Liaise with internal teams (Finance Legal Tax HR) and external providers
Support budgeting and forecasting of professional fees
Assist in tax audits and provide backup to the Statutory Accountant and Finance Team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

Fluent English as the role will involve reviewing financial and legal documents
Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Excel
Excellent attention to detail and a desire for accuracy

YOU WILL EXCITE US IF YOU HAVE:

Part qualified accounting technician desirable.
SAP experience and international accounting experience would be an advantage but not essential
