Your Tasks
As Customer Centricity is a core pillar of our Customer Service this role focuses on delivering an exceptional service experience while driving automation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing order entry through tools such as EDI CRM Esker and Excel Upload handling logistics incidents correcting invoicing issues and maintaining proactive communication with customers. The position also requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including Sales Representatives Key Account Managers Marketing Finance and Logistics teams.
Main challenges and responsibilities:
Providingour customers with the best level of service increasingly relying on process automation.
Verifyingthe accuracy of the customers orders and makes and communicates any corrections deemed necessary to ensure that all orders are accepted and entered correctly.
Answeringcustomer inquiries relating to order status shipping/delivery dates and any additional questions that may arise.
Ensuringthe correctly invoice process according to the commercial agreements.
Managingthe credit notes timely.
Guaranteeingthe KPI indicators.
Your Profile
Hard skills:
- Bachelors degree;
- 2 years of experience in customer service on similar positions or experience in logistics / supply chain;
- Experience working with SAP EDI CRM Esker Excel Upload;
- Interest in IT and new technologies (ex: ChatGPT Power BI CRM system Esker);
- Fluency in Portuguese professional working proficiency in English Spanish is a plus.
Soft skills:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written;
- Collaborative team player;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Service and results orientation;
- Positive atitude;
- Proactivity flexibility and a sense of ownership.
