Job Description
As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group you will provide high-quality customer assistance across multiple channels including chat voice and email. Your role ensures an excellent customer experience strengthens customer relationships and meets performance and quality targets.
You will contribute to operational excellence by maintaining high standards of efficiency quality and continuous improvement throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via chat phone and email

Accurately update CRM systems with relevant customer information

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely support

Support customer retention and loyalty by ensuring successful resolution of inquiries

Maintain a professional empathetic and customer-focused approach

Collaborate effectively with team members and management

Proactively identify emerging issues and suggest process improvements

Ensure performance goals related to quality efficiency and customer satisfaction are met
Requirements
-
Danish: C2 level (mandatory)
-
English: B2 level
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 1500 gross/month (paid 14 months)

Complexity Bonus: 80 gross/month (paid 11 months)
