Training & Course Coordinator (HSE)
Overall Purpose
The Training & Course Coordinator plays a central role in strengthening Solvexis structured training setup across multiple construction and industrial projects.
The position ensures that personnel receive the correct training at the right time and that project teams are fully aligned with legal requirements safety obligations and Solvexis high standards for onboarding and competency development.
The role combines HSE expertise training delivery coordination and commercial mindset making it essential for both operational execution and the development of Solvexis training services.
The Training & Course Coordinator will be based at Solvexis head office but will work closely with several project sites in Denmark and later also internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver engaging training sessions onboarding modules and site-specific courses.
Present and facilitate HSE-related learning in a clear practical and structured manner.
Support and expand Solvexis internal training programs for contractors craft workers and management.
Training Coordination & Administration
Maintain and manage training matrices across multiple projects.
Coordinate training needs based on project schedules site demands and legal requirements.
Plan schedule and secure training sessions through external course providers.
Ensure documentation records certificates and attendance logs are correctly maintained.
Compliance & Legal Requirements
Ensure that all training delivered meets Danish legal requirements including the mandatory Coordinator Course (Koordinatoruddannelsen) where applicable.
Support onboarding processes and ensure personnel receive required training before mobilization.
Assist with alignment to client requirements project safety rules and legislation.
Sales- and Service-Oriented Tasks
Promote Solvexis training offerings to contractors stakeholders and project teams.
Engage proactively with sites to identify training needs and propose suitable solutions.
Negotiate with course providers to secure cost-effective training in line with Solvexis standards.
Contribute to the development and scaling of Solvexis training concepts and services.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Professional Background
Practical experience within HSE and/or construction site operations.
Experience delivering or coordinating training onboarding or safety instruction.
Completion of the mandatory Danish Coordinator Course (Koordinatoruddannelsen) is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong presentation and facilitation skills confident teaching groups at all levels.
Ability to structure and maintain training matrices and documentation systems.
Clear and confident communication with craft personnel contractors and management teams.
Commercial mindset with the ability to sell training concepts internally and externally.
Comfortable negotiating prices packages and scheduling with training providers.
Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
