You will join the HR team in Copenhagen which supports the entire employee lifecycle at Xelliafrom recruitment to offboardingincluding contracts payroll compensation and benefits global mobility leave and more.
We manage HR and payroll tasks for our Danish and Norwegian organizations and support our international colleagues across the globe. As we are a small team collaboration and flexibility are key and every contribution matters.
You will receive a thorough onboarding program and work closely with your future colleagues gaining insight into relevant legislation internal policies and HR processes.
HR & Payroll in Copenhagen consists of four colleagues working in an informal and international environment with extensive interaction across the organization. We are busy but we take the time to think things through and focus on finding the right solutions.
Globally our HR organization consists of approximately 18 colleagues across our Danish and international entities.
You have an administrative background and may have experience from a similar organization working with HR and/or payroll. You:
