Project Leader / Project Manager
Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day execution of construction projects ensuring delivery within agreed time scope and budget. The role supports the Senior Project Manager and ensures coordination between site teams subcontractors and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with Danish legislation and standards.
Tasks and Actions in the Project
Project Planning (operational): Support in developing schedules budgets and resource allocation. Adjust short-term plans based on site progress.
Team Coordination: Manage and motivate site teams subcontractors and suppliers. Act as the daily point of contact for operational issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients consultants and authorities as required reporting status and escalating issues when needed.
Budget & Cost Tracking: Monitor costs against budget on an ongoing basis; flag variances and propose corrective actions.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks at site level and escalate to the Senior Project Manager; implement mitigation measures.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE standards Danish construction legislation and company quality procedures.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to Senior Project Manager on progress risks and financials.
Contract Execution: Coordinate subcontractor performance monitor compliance with terms and report deviations.
Handover: Prepare documentation and assist in project close-out and client handover.
