What You Will Do:
Assess training needs by collaborating with business units and other stakeholders.
Develop role-based training curriculum covering all relevant modules and processes.
Utilize a blend of training methods including instructor-led sessions e-learning modules workshops and hands-on labs.
Support training content creation in alignment with global training team
Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions across multiple teams.
Ensure the availability of training materials environments and resources.
Engage with business leaders to secure support and resources for training activities.
Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about training schedules and updates.
Manage the training budget ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Negotiate contracts with external training providers as needed.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
What You Will Need:
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
Proven track record of managing large-scale training programs across multiple teams .
Experience leading and developing training teams
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Strong expertise in technology training across multiple domains (Software engineering AI/ML Platforms cybersecurity etc.).
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in information technology or a related field.
Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in training and development.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience leading the Training function in a large Technology organization.
Proven leadership skills managing training function in a matrixed organization.
Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and high-growth environment.
Proficiency in e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
