Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill technical roles across Banyan and its portfolio companies.
- Partner with recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs craft effective candidate profiles and build strong diverse talent pipelines.
- Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence talent acquisition strategies and business decisions.
- Champion sourcing tools systems and best practices that improve efficiency candidate experience and hiring quality.
- Build trust with candidates through clear communication timely follow-up and authentic representation of Banyan and its portfolio companies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to peers sharing sourcing expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure funnel performance and optimize strategies for long-term results.
- Represent Banyan Software and its portfolio companies with professionalism ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
Qualifications for success:
- 10 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting with a strong track record filling senior and specialized technical roles across multiple functions or industries.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment while maintaining alignment with team and business priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter Naukari and ATS/CRM systems).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering a positive and consistent candidate experience.
