We are currently seeking two specialized positions: a Machinist to join our team based in Bangalore India.

The Company:

Our client is a well-established aerospace manufacturing firm expanding its operations in Bangalore. This company emphasizes innovation precision and excellence in the aerospace sector. They are committed to designing and producing high-quality reliable components and systems for their clients in the aerospace industry.

Position: Machinist

Location: Bangalore India (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time / Indefinite Contract

Remuneration: To be discussed based on current salary and expected compensation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC and VMC machines to produce precision aerospace components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate machining.
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and take corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and reduce production times.
Maintain machines and tooling in good working order performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records of machining operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in machining specifically with 5-axis CNC and VMC.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials used in the aerospace sector.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
