FP&A China Director
Role summary - The Director Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a key member of the global FP&A team leading a small team (1 member in Hong Kong) and playing a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business through a combination of insightful analysis and business partnering.

What youll do
- Be the FP&A Business Partner to the China business
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across the China business such as sales leaders and other key functional leaders
- Providefinancial modeling analysis pricing ROI and decision support on business initiatives
- Develop and managelong-range strategic planning models
- Analyze and identifymacro trends and drivers of the business
- Provide value-added insights and recommendations tosenior management to manage their business better
- Support the development of executive Board of Directors and quarterly earnings presentations
- Establish track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support the global business teams withad-hoc requests in a high-velocity fast-paced environment
- Report to Global Head of FP&A GTM in Hong Kong
Who you are
- BS in Finance Accounting or related degree MBA strongly preferred
- 10 or more years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance in a global public company; fintech or payments experience a plus
- Preferred Background: Banking Payments Fintech E-comm Internet or any Finance industry experience
- A self-starter who is hands on and results-oriented with a track record of managing and delivering successful initiatives
- Extensive financial modeling experience
- Executive presence and outstanding communication and partnership skills
- Experience partnering with C-level/senior level executives
- Ability to translate complex business operating models into clear financial performance
- Experience building and managing teams with a focus on career development
- Not a must but a great advantage: SQL BigQuery Power BI
