Identifyandmanagestakeholdersuptotopmanagementlevelwithinregionfindingouttheirneeds/issues/concernsandreactingtothesebyleadingandcoordinatingthedevelopmentofstakeholderengagementplanstosupportthecommunicationofbusinessinformationanddecisionsinChina.

b)DesignandimplementpatentdesignandtrademarkportfoliomanagementpracticesinlinewiththepoliciesformulatedbytheGPO.
c)FormulateandexecuteanimplementationplanfortheintellectualpropertymanagementpolicydevelopedbytheGPO.
10InformationandBusinessAdvice
ProvideauthoritativespecialistadvicetoguidetheimplementationofIntellectualPropertypolicyandproceduresandthedesignandimplementationofprojectsandchangeinitiativesforallChinaYokogawacompanies.
11OrganizationStructure
a)Definethedetailedorganizationstructureforthebusinessareatoalignwithcorporateprinciplesdefinetherelationshipbetweenelementsoftheorganizationanddefinetheresponsibilitiesofseniormanagerstoenabletheorganizationtoachieveitsbusinessobjectives.
