The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable undergraduates pursing a Bachelors or Masters degree to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships will give you first-hand insights into the processes systems and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.

As a Business Intern you will be responsible for:

• Support internal projects aimed at delivering customer outcomes and identifying business process improvements.

• Prepare simple KPI reports and leverage Power BI for data visualization and analysis ensuring easy access for colleagues.

• Propose improvements in approaches methods procedures and processes within the assigned field.

• Communicate effectively with direct colleagues and business stakeholders regarding design and coordination of services.

• Contribute as a team member to projects with work goals typically spanning 13 months delivering results within 12 months.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters level degree in Engineering Data Science related fields.

• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country

• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills

• Be able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary)

• Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions
