What you will bring

  • Strong telecom and IT background in SI and Consulting environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Communications and BSS & OSS domains complemented by extensive experience in B2B & B2C Service implementation
  • Extensive experience in a customer-facing role preferably with a software professional services organization or consulting background
  • Demonstrated success with customers during initiative assessment project planning and implementation
  • Proven track record of meeting project timeliness/deliverables and attention to detail process deadlines and quality results
  • Successful background of managing virtual teams across different cultures and collaborating with onsite customers to ensure successful distributed project delivery.
  • Adeptness in working both autonomously and collaboratively offering guidance as a coach/mentor to junior team members
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail

you will do

  • Lead full project delivery for large client initiatives
  • Lead and manage projects spanning across BSS and OSS modules ensuring delivery on agreed timelines budget and quality standards
  • Able to create business plans including estimates costs and pricing analysis
  • Gather document and validate customer requirements translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications for business and technical stakeholders
  • Analyse technology environment and project constraints set up collaboration frameworks and coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasible and effective solutions
  • Primary interface with senior client stakeholders frequently to the main program or customer boards regarding project status budget scope and issues
  • Provide governance and oversight across project design and delivery taking ownership of project risks issues and dependencies and driving resolution to ensure end-to-end delivery.
  • Work closely with IT vendors Solution Architects and Application Support Managers to coordinate design and implementation activities ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational standards.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities Conduct/Lead Customer workshops and actively support regional business engagements
  • Provide leadership to manage activities for cross-functional teams and coordinate implementation plans with internal and external resources (local/offshore teams)
  • Ensure client satisfaction through the successful realization of business benefits and address business drivers
  • Provide effective communication of project status plans issues timelines and budgets at all levels internally and externally
  • Accountable for the projects financial performance
  • Ensure process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
