you will do
- Lead full project delivery for large client initiatives
- Lead and manage projects spanning across BSS and OSS modules ensuring delivery on agreed timelines budget and quality standards
- Able to create business plans including estimates costs and pricing analysis
- Gather document and validate customer requirements translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications for business and technical stakeholders
- Analyse technology environment and project constraints set up collaboration frameworks and coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasible and effective solutions
- Primary interface with senior client stakeholders frequently to the main program or customer boards regarding project status budget scope and issues
- Provide governance and oversight across project design and delivery taking ownership of project risks issues and dependencies and driving resolution to ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Work closely with IT vendors Solution Architects and Application Support Managers to coordinate design and implementation activities ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational standards.
- Engage in pre-sales activities Conduct/Lead Customer workshops and actively support regional business engagements
- Provide leadership to manage activities for cross-functional teams and coordinate implementation plans with internal and external resources (local/offshore teams)
- Ensure client satisfaction through the successful realization of business benefits and address business drivers
- Provide effective communication of project status plans issues timelines and budgets at all levels internally and externally
- Accountable for the projects financial performance
- Ensure process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
