About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will handle user requests and inquiries through a ticket-based system. Most communication is done in English (thanks to an automatic translation tool) so your role will focus on categorizing issues providing accurate solutions and ensuring seamless user experience.
You will be supporting two main verticals:
1. Markets Vertical Account Access & Business Support
Assist users with account access issues and media sharing (images videos voice).
Provide support to Classic & SMB workflows ensuring businesses can use the app effectively.
Follow established workflows for incident escalation resolution and closure.
2. Trust & Safety Vertical
Review flagged content such as group photos messages videos and other media.
Ensure compliance with terms of service and abuse standards.
Handle sensitive content with professionalism high tolerance and resilience.
Training & Onboarding
Youll receive comprehensive paid training to get you fully prepared:
Account Access: 17 business days
Classic SMB: 22 business days
Spam Ban Appeals: 16 business days
Business Commerce/API Display WABA & OBA: 17 business days
Working Hours
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: 1045 gross
