Job Summary
- Use of SI Tickets ticketing system to sell tickets and provide customer service
- Accept and apply payments to relevant orders and distribute proper change
- Assist customers at the Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows and resolve any problems
- Answer questions regarding events tickets and schedules
- Maintain a secure working environment for cash and tickets
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Prior cash handling and customer service experience; comfortable counting money and making change
- Guest-centric quality service attitude
- Availability on nights weekends and holidays
- Committed to work 85-90% of 2026 Season Home Schedule ( and any additional matches/events held at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University
- Bilingual in Spanish and experience with various ticketing platforms a PLUS!
Additional Information :
Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
The hourly rate for this position is $16/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
