Our mission is to empower healthcare providers with innovative tools that facilitate proactive and effective patient management.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in Impilos go-to-market motion by creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. This role focuses on prospecting initial qualification and meeting-setting with an emphasis on quality over volume.
As a BDR youll work closely with territory-based Account Executives to identify the right accounts understand their challenges and secure meetings that lead to meaningful sales conversations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is curious coachable and interested in growing into a closing role over time.

The Right Prescription (Requirements)
13 years of experience in sales customer-facing or healthcare-related roles
Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and office staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with good follow-up habits
Willingness to be in the field and travel locally within territory
Coachable curious and motivated to grow into an Account Executive role
Bachelors degree required
Technical Boosters (Nice to Haves)
Experience in healthcare medical devices or health tech
Prior BDR SDR or sales experience
Field experience a plus
Interest in SaaS or healthcare technology sales

Pay Range: OTE $80k uncapped
