KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for managing broking partners mapped in the state(s).
Create and maintain engagement with state heads and other key broking offices / Management
Team members
Lead a team of state heads and monitor their input/output activity and ensure lead generation
through various sources
Increasing insurance awareness and product penetration among mapped sub-brokers/RM.
Increasing insurance penetration among broking staff members.
Suggest sizzlers and R&R platforms for broking employees who provide prospect leads as well as
for AXIS MAX LIFEs dedicated sales team
Suggest product synergies and capture partners various customer touch-points for insurance
sales opportunities
Provide accurate and timely competitor updates/best practices.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales / Marketing
15 years of overall sales with a minimum of 8-10 years combined work experience in the
fields of Life insurance sales management Broking / Banca Sales Channel Management and/or
DSA relationships.
