Primary Responsibilities

Patient Centricity
Ensuring therapist availability for continuous patient care across JOGO hub JAAS centres and Home Visits.
Consistent scheduling of patient appointments without lag to ensure 100% adherence to treatment
Patient assessment midterm & discharge report with dropouts to be monitored consistently.
Weekly reports including analysis action plan and reviews to be shared with the leadership team and stakeholders.
Drive the culture of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in accordance with JCI guidelines.
Ensure patient delight through successful treatment outcomes quality patient reports patient data & patient confidentiality and patient experience.
People
Ensure efficient use of therapist time and optimize productivity
Liaise with Asst. Leads Leads Sales & PCE to achieve organizational KPIs
Patient Records Management
Compliance of the clinical team in feeding accurate patient records within the allotted time frames.
Validation and reconciliation of patient data on a daily basis
Strategy & Collaboration
Develop Drive and Deliver operational strategies through.

c) Partnering with insurance providers
