Business Unit Finance Manager

Location Details: Pune India

Hybrid: This is a hybrid position. Youll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter as decided by leadership. What youll get to do...

• Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
• Lead financial modelling and forecasting to guide long-term planning and performance.
• Analyse complex financial data and present insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Provide strategic recommendations on risks opportunities and resource allocation.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations fostering collaboration across teams.

Your experience should include...

• 6 years of finance experience in a global organisation with expertise in financial modeling forecasting and analysis.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Adaptive Planning Workday and QuickSight is a plus.
• Strong communication ability to present financial insights effectively at all organisational levels.
• Proven collaboration experience across regions teams and external partners to drive performance and solve problems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling techniques.

You might also have...

• A Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
• Professional certification such as CFA CA or MBA in Finance
