About Your Role

Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analystto work within ourStrategy & Impact Division.

Reporting to the Head of New Business you play a critical role in evaluation potential New Business including Merger and Acquisition opportunities.

In addition you will assist the Head of New Business to identify opportunities undertaking in-depth financial and non-financial analysis of target entities.

Your Key Focus

Assist with development and implementation of Scopes overall New Business and Merger & Acquisition strategy to drive growth
Identify new service lines potential merger/ acquisition targets
Undertake evaluation of target companies including financial operational industrial relations IT and cultural aspects
Communicating with and coordinating various senior internal and external stakeholders including SLT/ ELT

What We Look For

Exceptional proficiency in financial modelling valuation and scenario analysis
Qualified Chartered Accountant membership
Strong understanding of industrial awards (preferably in disability sector)
Understanding of the NDIS business models
Proven ability to step into a leadership position and manage internal and external stakeholders
Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Merger & Acquisition will be highly beneficial
