We are seeking an administrative professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by supporting the Head of NSW Investment Services in our vibrant Sydney CBD office.
Some of the key duties include:
- Prepare and manage correspondence reports presentations and tender submissions.
- Support the real estate agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate property marketing campaigns and create materials using InDesign Canva and PowerPoint.
- Manage meeting logistics including agendas action items and minutes.
- Handle billing invoicing and expense claims.
- Maintain CRM electronic filing systems and databases with precision.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Administration or Marketing role preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector.
- Experience using Canva and Adobe Indesign is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
- Proactive in supporting and adding value to the team.
