- Deliver an exceptional endtoend customer experience that makes Plush the first choice for sofas.
- Use proven sales techniques to achieve and exceed daily and weekly targetsyour performance directly shapes your commission.
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly so every deal moves smoothly from quote to delivery.
- Grow your results with room solutions and addon products increasing your commission with every additional opportunity.
- Partner with your Showroom Manager to maintain showroom excellence from visual merchandising and pricing to product presentation that makes selling easier.
Qualifications :
- Proven sales experience ideally in furniture or other considered purchases such as automotive jewellery luxury retail or travel.
- Energetic upbeat approach with the resilience to stay motivated during busy trading periods.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills that build trust with both customers and colleagues.
- Coachable mindset with a passion for learningyou see every customer interaction as a chance to improve.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple customers followups and admin tasks while keeping the sales pipeline moving.
