The role focuses on Treasury Accounting IHB (In-House Bank) accounting reporting payment operations and controls ensuring accuracy compliance and transparency across all Group Treasury processes.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reporting of cash debt and foreign exchange positions for the Group Treasury Reporting. Review Group financial results with a focus on treasury-related items. Manage IHB (In-House Bank) accounting reconciliations and reporting to ensure compliance. Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures (transaction & translation) in coordination with the Treasury Front Office. Perform deal controls to ensure accurate execution booking valuation and accounting. Execute and oversee payment operations in line with internal policies. Support development and enhancement of Treasury policies processes and internal controls. Ensure proper execution monitoring and audit of treasury controls. Serve as key user of Kyriba TMS (Treasury Management System)
Requirements
CA (Chartered Accountant) CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualification. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Treasury Operations. Strong expertise in treasury-related accounting and financial reporting. Demonstrated experience in hedge accounting practices. Proficient in ERP systems with SAP being mandatory. Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems preferably Kyriba. Good understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Competent in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Willingness to work the Europe shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
