Job Summary




  • Develop implement and maintain quality assurance policies procedures and standards for administrative operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of administrative processes documentation and workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify gaps inefficiencies and risks in current processes and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to administrative service delivery and report on trends and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align quality objectives with broader business goals.
  • Train and mentor administrative staff on quality standards documentation practices and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of audits findings corrective actions and follow-ups.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using quality management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory or certification requirements


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in quality assurance administrative operations or process improvement within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with process documentation tools.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
