- Develop implement and maintain quality assurance policies procedures and standards for administrative operations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of administrative processes documentation and workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Identify gaps inefficiencies and risks in current processes and recommend actionable improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to administrative service delivery and report on trends and outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to align quality objectives with broader business goals.
- Train and mentor administrative staff on quality standards documentation practices and compliance requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive records of audits findings corrective actions and follow-ups.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using quality management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
- Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory or certification requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Quality Assurance or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in quality assurance administrative operations or process improvement within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in conducting audits root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with process documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
