SFA CA Premium and Fragrance
We are looking for a Category Assistant for a 6-month secondment to support both the Premium and Fragrance teams with SFA landing.
This role wont be solely focused on SFA and therefore you will be expected to support the team on all core CA tasks. This will be incremental resource for the teams to help them manage the transition to SFA whilst in their peak trading period.
The core CA tasks within this role include managing the end-to-end Salesplan process calculating and reviewing funding running and analysing sales performance and tracking category trends and promotional performance. You will also be involved in the full product creation cycle overseeing the onboarding of NPD ensuring the smooth set-up process and seeing its execution at fixture.
Its a brilliant opportunity for exposure and experience working across the 2 categories which are at the heart of our beauty business. Both categories are fast-paced and reactive to ensure we stay competitive over peak period. This role will give you a great insight into how the categories are traded over peak period and the opportunity to work with some of the most elite beauty brands within our portfolio.
