The Opportunity:


Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our UK Executive Team in Leeds. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in a fast-moving growing business where no two days are the same. Youll provide a great PA and secretarial support to senior leaders helping us deliver excellence and drive innovation.

What Youll Do:

  • Handle complex diaries calls and emails for senior leaders

  • Coordinate leadership events and off-site meetings

  • Support onboarding of senior hires

  • Prepare presentations and board packs

  • Handle travel bookings logistics and expenses

  • Drive process improvements and technology adoption

  • Attend meetings take minutes and track actions

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven PA experience supporting senior leaders

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills and discretion

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems

  • A proactive agile mindset
