What will I be doing
As an Assistant Banqueting Manager you are liaising/managing alongside the Operation Manager all aspects of Conference and Events operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Assistant Banqueting Manager will also be required to optimise sales and provide leadership to the team to ensure staff training & service standard are met. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Manage all Conference and Events operations alongside the Operation manager
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
What are we looking for
An Assistant Banqueting Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
Strong knowledge/experience in Conference & Events Operation
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional leadership skills to create a winning team
