About the Opportunity
Opportunity in the Human Resources & Recruitment Consultancy sector focused on end-to-end talent acquisition and staffing services for clients across India. We deliver scalable hiring solutions for volume hiring niche roles and employer-brand initiatives using modern sourcing channels and recruitment technology. This remote position supports recruitment operations candidate engagement and process execution for multiple client mandates.
Role : Assistant HR Trainee - Recruitment
Role & Responsibilities
- Source candidates across job portals LinkedIn social media and internal pipelines using Boolean searches and targeted outreach.
- Screen resumes conduct initial phone/virtual screenings and assess candidate fit against JD requirements.
- Manage job postings and applicant flow in ATS; update candidate records and maintain high data quality.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates handle scheduling feedback capture and follow-ups
- Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports track KPIs (pipeline TAT conversion) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Exposure to recruitment through internships campus hiring or 01 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining candidate workflows.
- Practical experience with LinkedIn recruiting and Naukri (or equivalent job portals) for sourcing.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace for reporting and coordination.
- Ability to perform structured candidate screening and professional candidate communication.
Preferred
- Understanding of recruitment analytics and basic hiring metrics (TAT CV-to-interview conversion ratios).
- Previous exposure to volume hiring campus recruitment or agency recruitment environments.
